Who we are

Brandhandlers is the digital marketing brand of P Square Growth, based in Pune, India. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “our”, it means Brandhandlers and P Square Growth. We decide how the details you share on this website are used, so we are responsible for them.

What we collect

Details you give us. When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect:

• your name
• your phone or WhatsApp number
• your email address, if you give it
• the service you are interested in
• anything you write about yourself or your business

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we also keep that conversation and your contact details.

Details collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. These logs help us keep the site secure and working.

Our free tools and calculators. The numbers and links you enter in our free tools and calculators are worked out in your browser. We do not save them.

We do not knowingly collect details from children under 18. Please do not use our enquiry form if you are under 18.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To prepare a proposal or quote you asked for.
• To deliver our services if you become a client.
• To keep the website secure and stop spam.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

By sending the enquiry form, you agree that we can contact you about your enquiry. We will only send you marketing emails or messages if you have asked for them, and you can stop them at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your details. We only share them with services that help us run this website and our business, and only as much as they need:

• Hosting. Our website and its database are hosted by Hostinger.
• Email. Form enquiries are sent to our team by email.
• Legal reasons. We may share details if the law, a court or a government authority requires it.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we only use providers that protect data to a reasonable standard.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Some cookies may be set to keep the site working, for example by our hosting provider. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do.

If we add analytics or ad tracking in the future, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and after that for as long as tax and accounting laws require. When we no longer need your details, we delete them.

How we protect it

Our website uses a secure HTTPS connection. Only our team can see the enquiries you send, and our accounts are protected with passwords. No system is fully safe, but we take reasonable steps to protect your details. If a breach ever affects your details, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what details we hold about you and how we use them
• correct or update details that are wrong
• delete your details
• stop contacting you, by withdrawing your consent
• name someone to act for you if you die or are unable to

To do any of these, email info@brandhandlers.in. We may ask you to confirm who you are first. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some details if the law requires it.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, write to our grievance officer at info@brandhandlers.in with “Privacy” in the subject line. If we do not resolve your complaint, you can contact the Data Protection Board of India.

Our website may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp or our clients’ sites. We are not responsible for how those websites handle your details. Please read their privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
